Zac Kornis

ZAC KORNIS, AIA

Zac Kornis is a licensed architect and an associate at Treanor, where he works in the Historic Preservation studio. He graduated with distinction from the University of Kansas, earning a Master of Architecture. In school, he was a construction manager for Freedom by Design and a member of the school’s Studio 804 program. Zac’s professional portfolio includes projects involving various classical buildings from the late 19th to early 20th centuries, including three state capitols, multiple county courthouses, and other institutional and civic buildings across the country. He additionally sits on the Auxiliary Board of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art’s Chicago/Midwest Chapter and leads the Kansas City region.
