Stacey Lowe is a Section Manager in the Highways Group with HNTB in their downtown Kansas City office.  With over 20 years of experience in roadway design, she serves as a project manager for complex highway and municipal projects within the Kansas City area and greater Midwest region.  Her previous experience in the public sector with both state and municipal organizations gives Stacey a special perspective when analyzing complex challenges and finding practical solution.  She graduated from Georgia Tech in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is a licensed professional engineer.  Stacey is currently serving as the deputy project manager on the Roy Blunt Luminary Park, a project that aims to create a sustainable 5.5-acre urban park over Interstate 670 in downtown Kansas City.
