As President & CEO, Mariah leads the strategic direction for BRR Architecture, with an emphasis on teammate development, plus growth and retention strategies. Her experience managing complex client projects was influential to the firm’s rapid growth and diversification; she oversaw numerous award-winning client projects and studio diversification efforts. Throughout her professional career, Mariah has led multiple project types in retail, hospitality and entertainment. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Ingram’s Magazine’s Class of WeKC and received the University of Kansas Distinguished Alumni Award. Mariah is also invested in developing the talent pipeline for architecture, serving on the Dean’s Advisory Board at her alma mater and the KCAF.
