Jon has more than three decades of experience in architecture and design, planning, and urban redevelopment, including more than 10 years with Hunt Midwest. He helps design and develop Hunt Midwest’s new residential communities, from initial platting to working with homebuilders throughout construction to turning over finished communities to residents. He played a key role in the design of The Hudson, a 226-unit apartment community scheduled to open in 2025, and The Vue in downtown Overland Park, which won a 2020 Capstone Award for top multifamily development from the Kansas City Business Journal. He also works with Hunt Midwest’s senior living partners to develop the company’s assisted living and memory care residences in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Tennessee, and Florida.
