FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
I'm not a member with the AIAS, can I attend?
Yes! All students, no matter if they are dues paying members of the AIAS (or any other student architecture organization) are welcome at our conference. However, it is worth noting that registration for non-members is higher than that of members.
-
I'm an alumni of an AIAS program, can I attend?
Yes! Just as much as we are focused on current students of architecture programs, we are also focused on recent and new graduates. You’ll find that we have a discounted rate for Alumni under the “Registration” tab, which starts at just $65 with Early Bird pricing.
-
I am from a different Quad than the Midwest, can I attend?
Yes! Since the South Quad does not have a Quad Conference this year, the Planning Team has extended an open invitation to South Quad (and the others) students to attend. We believe that it is important that all students across the AIAS are exposed to the unique opportunities.
-
Is Lodging included in registration fees?
No, lodging must be booked separately. However, we’ve secured a special rate of $215/night at The Westin Crown Center with rooms that can accommodate up to four attendees. We encourage all attendees to reserve rooms at the conference hotel as conference events have been planned around the location.
